A lubrication dispenser for a system having a first component and a second component which are normally moved in a cyclic manner through a normal range of relative positions. The dispenser is mounted on a preselected one of the first component and the second component. It has an actuator which is displaced by contact with a portion of an opposite one of the first component and the second component when the components are moved to a lubrication dispensing position. The system can be lubricated by causing relative motion of the components to the lubrication dispensing position.
