An automatic pasta-cooker including a first cooking chamber (1) provided with a valve (2) for feeding raw pasta and with an underlying valve (3) for discharging cooked pasta, a second cooking chamber (12) arranged below the discharge valve (3) of the first chamber (1) and provided at the bottom with a shutter (13) for discharging cooked pasta, each chamber being connected to a pipe (9) for supplying hot water produced by a boiler (8), to a pipe (19) for draining the cooking water and to a pipe (17) for draining vapor. The pipes (9, 17, 19) terminate into a heat exchanger (18) for pre-heating the mains water that a pump (23) feeds to the boiler (8) through a pipe (22). All the components are electrically connected to a command board controlled by a suitable software.
L'invention concerne un cuiseur automatique pour pâtes, qui comprend une première chambre de cuisson (1) possédant une valve (2) permettant d'amener les pâtes crues et une valve sous-jacente (3) pour évacuer les pâtes cuites, une seconde chambre de cuisson (12) placée sous la valve d'évacuation (3) de la première chambre (1) et possédant dans son fond un volet obturateur (13) destiné à évacuer les pâtes cuites. Chaque chambre est reliée à un tuyau (9) d'alimentation d'eau chaude produite par une chaudière (8), à un tuyau (19) pour purger l'eau de cuisson et à un tuyau (17) pour purger la vapeur. Ces tuyaux (9, 17, 19) aboutissent dans un échangeur de chaleur (18) servant à préchauffer l'eau de canalisation qu'une pompe (23) amène à la chaudière (8) à travers un tuyau (22). Tous les constituants sont reliés électriquement à un tableau de commande commandé à l'aide d'un logiciel adapté.
