An object of the present invention is to save labor by automating an operation for planting plant support blocks in holes in a hydroponic panel. As a means for achieving this object of the present invention, an automatic planting apparatus (10) is provided which is adapted to slice, by a block separating unit (25), l pieces of blocks (4) starting with a first row of blocks on a plant support sheet (3) on an auxiliary conveyor (13) at an n-1 pieces' interval, plant these blocks (4) by a block planting unit (39) in l pieces of holes (2) in a first row of holes in a panel (1) on a primary conveyor (11), feed the panel (1) forward by a distance corresponding to the pitch of the holes by a primary feeder (15) while slidingly moving the panel (1) laterally via the auxiliary conveyor (13) by a distance corresponding to the width of one block (4) by a sliding unit 17, and repeat similar block planting operations.
La présente invention a pour objet d'économiser de la main d'oeuvre en automatisant une opération consistant à planter des blocs de support de végétal dans des trous d'un panneau hydroponique. A cet effet est décrit un plantoir automatique (10) qui est conçu pour trancher, à l'aide d'une unité de séparation de blocs (25), l blocs unitaires (4) en commençant par une première rangée de blocs sur une plaque de support de végétal (3) située sur un convoyeur auxiliaire (13), avec un interval de n-1 bloc unitaire, planter ces blocs (4) à l'aide d'une unité de plantation de blocs (39) dans l trous unitaires (2) d'une première rangée de trous dans un panneau (1) sur un convoyeur primaire (11), faire avancer le panneau (1) d'une distance correspondant à l'écartement des trous, à l'aide d'un alimentateur primaire (15) tout en faisant coulisser latéralement le panneau (1) à l'aide d'une unité de coulissement (17), par l'intermédiaire du convoyeur auxiliaire (13), d'une distance correspondant à la largeur d'un bloc (4), et répéter à l'identique ces opérations de plantation de blocs.
