A method for regenerating computer files on a computer system having a computer with an operating system, the method includes receiving an input from a user to specify monitored files, detecting modification of at least one of the monitored files, and replacing the at least one modified monitored file with a backup copy of the at least one modified monitored file.

L'invention concerne un procédé de régénération de fichiers informatiques sur un système informatique possédant un ordinateur pourvu d'un système d'exploitation. Ce procédé consiste à recevoir une entrée émanant d'un utilisateur de façon à spécifier des fichiers surveillés, à détecter la modification d'au moins un des fichiers surveillés, et à remplacer le fichier surveillé modifié par une copie de sauvegarde dudit fichier surveillé modifié.
