An automatic reinfusing system which is free from stain and medical mistake when blood is reinfused to a patient after the end of a hemodialysis, and is easy and simple to operate so as not to put burden on medical people. The automatic reinfusing system comprises a hemodialysis circuit, characterized in that a solution replenishing line has a replenishing solution supply source and a means for opening/closing the solution replenishing line, a dialysate supply line and a solution discharge line for perfusing to a dialyzer are provided, the above dialysate supply line and the solution discharge line respectively have solution feeding means, at least one filtering/reverse filtering third solution feeding means capable of rotating forwardly and reversely and being controlled in flow rate so as to effect filtering and reverse filtering and water slowing/solution discharging means are provided on either the dialysate supply line or the solution discharge line in parallel to the solution feeding means, and the blood feeding means and the filtering/reverse filtering third solution feeding means are allowed to communicate by an interlocking control means for controlling by interlocking a means for opening/closing the blood feeding means, the solution feeding means and the solution replenishing line, and an opening means between an artery connection end and a solution replenishing line branching part.
L~invention concerne un système de reperfusion automatique exempt de tache et d~erreur médical lorsque l~on réinfuse du sang chez un patient au terme d~une hémodialyse, simple à utiliser pour ne pas surcharger le personnel médical. Le système de reperfusion automatique comprend un circuit d~hémodialyse, caractérisé en ce qu~une ligne d~apport de solution possède une source d~alimentation en solution d~apport et un moyen pour ouvrir et fermer la ligne d~apport de solution, une ligne d~arrivée de dialysat et une ligne de décharge de solution pour perfusion vers un dialyseur sont installées, la ligne d~arrivée de dialysat ci-dessus et la ligne de décharge de solution présentent respectivement un moyen d~alimentation en solution, au moins un troisième moyen d'alimentation en solution pour filtrage/filtrage inverse capable de tourner vers l~avant et en marche arrière et dont le débit est contrôlé pour réaliser le filtrage et le filtrage inverse, de même qu~un moyen de décharge de solution et ralentissement d~eau sur la ligne d~arrivée de dialysat ou la ligne de décharge de solution en parallèle au moyen d'alimentation en solution, et le moyen d'alimentation en sang et le troisième moyen d'alimentation en solution pour filtrage/filtrage inverse peuvent communiquer par un moyen de commande de solidarisation permettant de contrôler par solidarisation un moyen d~ouverture et de fermeture du moyen d'alimentation en sang, du moyen d'alimentation en solution et de la ligne d~apport de solution, et un moyen d~ouverture entre une extrémité de connexion artérielle et une pièce de ramification de ligne d~apport de solution.
