ASTRACT It is a gymnastic equipment, and it can produce different brake resistance when a user operates. It is deemed different from the conventional gymnastic bicycle- shaped equipment, of which the brake resistance is to be regulated manually by a user according his (or her) physical condition; the friction coefficient of the equipment has no change after each adjustment. By means of the aforesaid automatic resistance-regulating apparatus, the gymnastic equipment can provide various brake resistance such as feeling like to go up a slope, or go down a slope by using different cam in the apparatus; therefore, a user can have different terrain conditions during exercise.
