A system and method for automatically and seamlessly routing mobile telephone calls across a telephone network. The system includes a telephone network interface box, a computer, and a client file. The client file has a plurality of records having a spatial key and a client telephone number. One embodiment (1500) of the system utilizes a spatial coordinate (1502) of an instantaneous location of a caller's mobile telephone as an input to a real-time process (1510) which identifies one or more client service locations (1460) from the client file corresponding to the location of the caller's telephone (110).

Le système comporte une unité d'interface de réseau téléphonique, un ordinateur et un fichier client. Le fichier client comporte plusieurs enregistrements présentant une clé spatiale et un numéro de téléphone de client. Dans un mode de réalisation (1500) du système, une coordonnée (1502) spatiale de l'emplacement momentané d'un téléphone mobile d'un appelant est utilisé comme signal d'entrée dans un procédé (1510) en temps réel permettant d'identifier un ou plusieurs emplacements (1460) de service de client à partir du fichier client correspondant à l'emplacement du téléphone (110) de l'appelant.
