A sheet dispensing mechanism employs an open bottom sheet dispenser (44) positioned beside a molding device (14), molding articles (34) which are cyclically ejected and driven vertically downwardly along an article ejection path (T), with the bottom sheet (40) shingling out against an oblique baffle (112A). A pair of rotatable indexing rollers (88) with a high coefficient friction member (89) on the periphery of each roller penetrate the open bottom of the dispenser to press the single sheets against the baffle, thereby allowing the indexing rollers to frictionally drive only the end sheet in the direction of the path. A spring biased articulated nip roller assembly (99) downstream of the dispenser accelerates the indexed sheet to intersect the ejection path of the article simultaneously with ejection of the article. A proximity switch senses the arrival of the food portion at the article ejection station to initiate one cycle rotation of the indexing rollers to index the bottom-most sheet of the stack.
Mécanisme de distribution de feuilles mettant en application un distributeur de feuilles (44) à fond ouvert placé à côté d'un dispositif de moulage (14), des articles de moulage (34) éjectés cycliquement et entraînés verticalement vers le bas le long d'un trajet d'éjection d'article (T), la feuille inférieure (40) étant évacuée sur un galet contre une chicane oblique (112A). Une paire de rouleaux de séparation rotatifs (88), dont la périphérie de chaque rouleau comporte un élément de friction (89) à coefficient élevé, pénètrent dans le fond ouvert du distributeur afin de pousser les feuilles individuelles contre la chicane, ce qui permet aux rouleaux de séparation d'entraîner par friction seulement la feuille d'extrémité dans le sens du trajet. Un ensemble rouleau à pincement (99) articulé et sollicité par ressort en aval du distributeur accélère la feuille séparée, de manière à venir en intersection avec le trajet d'éjection de l'article simultanément à l'éjection de ce dernier. Un détecteur de proximité détecte l'arrivée de la partie d'aliment au niveau du poste d'éjection de l'article afin de déclencher une rotation cyclique des rouleaux de guidage, de façon à séparer la feuille placée au bas de la pile.
