ABSTRACT An insurance or commutation card comprises a small block, flexible material secured thereto and in register with a space on which data is displayed, which space may be separated from the card. The block includes a transparent film with adhesive on both sides whereby, on removal of a protective layer, the film may be secured adhesively to the space, and, upon removal from the card, forms a label that may be adhesively adhered to a glass pane of a vehicle.
