ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Mixed usage vehicle for towing and for hoisting loads. The technical problem is to provide an air- transportable vehicle having reduced size and improved performance. The vehicle comprises a platform disposed to the rear of the driver's cab and bearing a telescopic crane which operates both in hoisting and handling loads and in towing and recovering broken down vehicles. The crane is adjustable between a horizontal retracted working position in which it can support a towed vehicle, and a raised and extended position in which it can be used for hoisting loads. The invention's main application is for a technical support vehicle accompanying a group of autonomous vehicles in desert regions.
