ABSTRACT In an automotive door locking apparatus according to this invention in which the lock lever is switched between the locked position and the unlocked position by an motor-operated actuator, when with the lock lever in the locked position the inner lever is manually operated, the rotating member is activated to disengage the ratchet from the latch while at the same time the lock lever and the actuator are returned to the unlocked position.
