Autonomous device for the production of heat energy, essentially characterized by its being made up of a container made of cardboard or similar material, containing a ratio of between 60% and 70% of calcium oxide and 30% to 40% of potassium carbonate, which container presents an external cover made of highly absorbent material, apt to be thoroughly wet by water slowly transferred through the container wall towards its inner portion, causing the hydration of the calcium oxide and its transformation in calcium hydroxide, with the resulting heat energy production, which is regulated and dosed by a percentage of potassium carbonate, in order to provide a slowly rising and falling temperature, over a long period of time, usable as warming means.
