The invention relates to a method of treating haemorrhagic fluid in a patient during a surgical procedure, for the purpose of autotransfusion, comprising: a haemorrhagic fluid recovery step involving the simultaneous introduction of agents such as anticoagulants and/or diluents; and at least one step involving the mechanical separation/concentration of the haemodiluted haemorrhagic fluid in order to concentrate said fluid in red blood cells and to partially purify same, said phase being collected in a sterile manner so that it can be autotransfused to the patient. The invention also relates to the associated device.
L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de traitement du liquide hémorragique d'un patient lors d'une intervention chirurgicale en vue d'une autotransfusion comprenant une étape de recueil du liquide hémorragique avec introduction simultanée d'agents tels que des anticoagulants et/ou des diluants, au moins une étape de séparation/concentration mécanique de ce liquide hémorragique hémodilué afin de le concentrer en globules rouges et de l'épurer partiellement, cette phase étant recueillie de façon stérile pour être apte à être autotransfusée audit patient. L'invention couvre aussi le dispositif associé.
