The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for conductively removing the heat produced by one or more components on an electronic card (200), the device comprising a heat sink (103) covering all or part of said card (200), which device comprises at least a first heat--conducting element (201) mounted so as to absorb the heat produced by one or more components (211), a movable second heat-conducting element (203), a heat pipe (205) connecting said first element (201) with said second element (203), and clamping means (207) designed to press the movable second element (203) against a cold wall (109). The invention is notably applicable to the cooling of modular computers comprising a plurality of removable electronic cards.
