An auxiliary device for safely and surely performing off-pump coronary artery anastomosis and low-invasive coronary artery bypass. This device consists of a means for elevating the heart to enable an operator to see the anastomosed part directly in the face and, at the same time, achieving the static state of the anastomosed part; a means for perfusing the blood in the peripheral side of the coronary artery during the anastomosis of a blood vessel for bypass; and a means for fastening the coronary artery in the central side and in the peripheral side of the anastomosed part of the coronary artery to thereby block the blood flow, thus maintaining the anastomosed part in a blood-free state.

L'invention concerne un dispositif auxiliaire permettant d'effectuer de manière sûre et précise une anastomose de l'artère coronaire et un pontage aorto-cornaire faiblement effractif sans pompe. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend : un appareil permettant de soulever le coeur pour permettre à un intervenant de voir directement la partie ayant subi une anastomose et en même temps d'immobiliser la partie ayant subi une anastomose ; un appareil permettant d'effectuer une perfusion du sang du côté périphérique de l'artère coronaire lors de l'anastomose d'un vaisseau sanguin pour un pontage ; et un appareil permettant d'attacher l'artère coronaire du côté central et du côté périphérique de la partie ayant subi une anastomose de l'artère coronaire, afin d'arrêter le flux de sang, ce qui permet de maintenir la partie ayant subi une anastomose à l'état exsangue.
