ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Relays electrically connect an auxiliary battery to some of a plurality of capacitors and electrically connect some of the capacitors to an output. A first connector includes a first switch for manually connecting the output to the ignition circuit of an automotive vehicle to provide a steady voltage of predetermined magnitude. A second connector includes a second switch for manually connecting the battery of the vehicle to the ignition circuit of the vehicle to provide an ignition voltage.
