ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention consists of an auxiliary load- carrying device mounted on a vehicle frame for providing additional load support, comprising linkage means having compound pivotal connections with said frame to provide a combination of pivotally upward and downward movement of the load supporting device from ground engagement to raised position respectively and relatively free articulated movement between the frame and load-carrying means for tracking during turning of the vehicle about a turning radius, reciprocable power means one at each side of said vehicle frame and including a hinged connection with said load-carrying device and which acts through said compound linkage to effect selectively raising and lowering movements of said auxiliary load- carrying device.
