The present invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I)' or a salt thereof: wherein G is selected from a group consisting of: phenyl, a 5- or 6-membered monocyclic heteroaryl group, or a 8- to 11 -membered heteroaryl bicyclic group; A is a group P1 or a group P2 Wherein p is an integer ranging from 0 to 5; R1 is halogen, hydroxy, cyano, C1-4alkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, haloC1- 4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl and SF5; or corresponds to a group R6; and when p is an integer ranging from 2 to 5, each R1 may be the same or different; R2 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; n is 3, 4, 5 or 6; R6 is a moiety selected from the group consisting of: isoxazolyl, -CH2-N-pyrrolyl, 1,1 -dioxido-2-isothiazolidinyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, pyridyl, 2-pyrrolidinonyl, and such R6 group is optionally substituted by one or two substituents selected from: halogen, cyano, C1- 4alkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl; R4 is selected in the group consisting of: hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, C1- 4alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4-alkoxy, haloC1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl and NR'R"; or R4 is a phenyl group, a 5-14 membered heterocyclic group; and any of such phenyl or heterocyclic group is optionally substituted by 1, 2, 3 or 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of: halogen, cyano, C1-4alkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl, haloC1-4alkoxy and SF5; R5 is selected in the group consisting of: hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, C1-4alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, haloC1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl and NR'R"; or R5 is a phenyl group, a 5-14 membered heterocyclic group; and any of such phenyl or heterocyclic groups is optionally substituted by 1, 2, 3 or 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of: halogen, cyano, C1-4alkyl, haloC1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, C1-4alkanoyl and SF5; R7 is hydrogen or C1-2alkyl; R' is H, C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkanoyl; R" is defined as R'; R' and R" taken together with the interconnecting nitrogen atom may form a 5-, 6- membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring; wherein at least one of R4 and R5 is hydrogen; and wherein only one R2 group may be different from hydrogen; processes for their preparation, intermediates used in these processes, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy, as modulators of dopamine D3 receptors, e.g. to treat drug dependency, as antipsychotic agents, to treat obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders, or premature ejaculation.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés représentés par la formule générale (I)' ou un sel de qualité pharmaceutique de ces composés. Dans cette formule, G désigne un élément sélectionné dans un groupe comprenant: un groupe phényle, un groupe hétéroaryle monocyclique à 5 ou 6 éléments, ou un groupe bicyclique hétéroaryle comportant 8 à 11 éléments; A désigne un groupe P1 ou un groupe P2; p désigne un entier compris entre 0 et 5; R1 désigne un groupe halogène, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe haloalcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4 et SF5, ou correspond à un groupe R6, et lorsque p désigne un entier compris entre 2 et 5, chaque R1 peut être identique ou différent; R2 désigne un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-4; n vaut 3, 4, 5 ou 6; R6 désigne une fraction sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant un groupe isoxazolyle, -CH2-pyrrolyle, 1,1-dioxydo-2-isothiazolidinyle, thiényle, thiazolyle, pyridyle, 2-pyrrolidinonyle et le groupe R6 est éventuellement substitué par un ou deux substituants sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant un groupe halogène, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4; R4 désigne un élément sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe halogène, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe cycloalkyle C3-7, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe haloalcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4 et NR'R''; ou R4 désigne un groupe phényle, un groupe hétérocyclique comportant 5-14 éléments; n'importe lequel de ces groupes phényle ou hétérocyclique est éventuellement substitué par 1, 2, 3 ou 4 substituants sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant un groupe halogène, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4, un groupe haloalcoxy C1-4 et SF5; R5 désigne un élément sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe halogène, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe cycloalkyle C3-7, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe haloalcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4 et NR'R'', ou R5 désigne un groupe phényle, un groupe hétérocyclique comportant 5 à 14 éléments et n'importe lequel de ces groupes phényle ou hétérocyclique est éventuellement substitué par 1, 2, 3 ou 4 substituants sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant un groupe halogène, un groupe cyano, un groupe alkyle C1-4, un groupe haloalkyle C1-4, un groupe alcoxy C1-4, un groupe alcanoyle C1-4 et SF5;; R7 désigne un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-2; R' désigne un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle C1-4 ou un groupe alcanoyle C1-4; R'' désigne R', R' et R'' formant ensemble avec l'atome d'azote qui les relie un noyau hétérocyclique saturé ou insaturé à 5 ou 6 éléments, R4 et/ou R5 désigne un atome d'hydrogène et seulement un groupe R2 peut être différent d'un atome d'hydrogène. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de ces composés, des produits intermédiaires utilisés dans ces procédés, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés et leurs applications en thérapie comme modulateurs des récepteurs de la dopamine D3, pour le traitement de la toxicomanie, par exemple, ou encore comme agents antipsychotiques, pour le traitement de troubles du spectre des troubles obsessionnels compulsifs ou de l'éjaculation précoce.
