La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I), A représentant un alkyle en C1 à C6, un halogénoalkyle en C1 à C6, un hydroxyalkyle en C1 à C6, un alcényle en C2 à C6, un halogénoalcényle en C2 à C6, un cycloalkyle en C3 à C6, un aryl-alkyle en C1 à C4, un aryl-alcényle en C2 à C4, un aryle ou un hétaryle ; --- représentant une liaison simple ou double ; X1 et X2 représentant N, CRx1, NRx2 ou CRx3Rx4 ; Rx1, Rx3 et Rx4 représentant H, un halogène, CN, NO2, un alkyle en C1 à C6, un alcoxy en C1 à C6, un alkylcarbonyle en C1 à C6, etc. ou deux radicaux géminés Rx3 et Rx4 conjointement avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont liés peuvent former un groupe carbonyle ou un cycle spiro-annelé hétérocyclique ou carbocyclique ayant de 3 à 6 chaînons ; Rx2 représentant un hydrogène, un alkyle en C1 à C6, un alkylcarbonyle en C1 à C6, un halogénoalkyle en C1 à C6, etc. ; ou deux radicaux vicinaux Rx1, Rx2, Rx3 ou Rx4 conjointement avec X1 et X2 formant un cycle fusionné hétérocyclique ou carbocyclique ayant cinq ou six chaînons ; Y1, Y2 et Y3 représentant N ou CRy ; Ry représentant H, un halogène, CN, NO2, un alkyle en C1 à C6, un alcoxy en C1 à C6, un alkylcarbonyle en C1 à C6, un halogénoalkyle en C1 à C6, etc. ; un maximum de 3 parmi les radicaux X1, X2, Y1, Y2 et Y3 étant choisis parmi NRx1 et N ; R1 représentant un hydrogène, un alkyle en C1 à C6, un hydroxyalkyle en C1 à C6, un halogénoalkyle en C1 à C6, etc. ; R2 représentant un alkyle en C1 à C4 ou un halogénoalkyle en C1 à C4 ; n représentant 0, 1 ou 2 ; leurs sels d'addition d'acide physiologiquement tolérés et leurs N-oxydes, une composition pharmaceutique les comprenant, un procédé pour traiter des troubles médicaux choisis parmi des maladies du système nerveux central, des maladies liées à la toxicomanie ou l'obésité, ledit procédé comprenant l'administration d'une quantité efficace de tels composés à un sujet qui en a besoin et l'utilisation d'un tel composé pour préparer une composition pharmaceutique.
