Azetidine of general formula (I): (see fig.I) wherein R3 represents a radical having up to five carbone atoms and selected from the group consisting of an amino radical, an alkylamino radical, a dialkylamino radical, a cycloalkylamino radical, an acylamino radical, an alkylacylamino radical, an aminomethyl radical, an alkylaminomethyl radical, an acylaminomethyl radical or an alkylacylaminomethyl radical, in which radicals each acyl fragment may be substituted with one or more halogen, especially fluorine, atoms; and R1, R2, R4, R5 and R6 represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical, with the proviso that at least one of them represents a lower alkyl radical, and also their salts. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of an azetidine of formula (I), and to the use of said azetidine as an intermediate.
L'invention porte sur une azétidine possédant la formule générale (I): (voir fig. I), dans laquelle R3 représente un radical possédant jusqu'à cinq atomes de carbone et est choisi parmi un groupe constitué d'un radical amino, d'un radical alkylamino, d'un radical dialkylamino, d'un radical cycloalkylamino, d'un radical acylamino, d'un radical alkylacylamino, d'un radical aminométhyle, d'un radical alkylaminométhyle, d'un radical acylaminométhyle ou d'un radical alkylacylaminométhyle, dans lesquels chaque fragment acyle peut être substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène, en particulier un atome de fluor; et R1, R2, R4, R5 et R6 représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle inférieur, à la condition qu'au moins un d'entre eux représente un radical alkyle inférieur, ainsi que leurs sels. L'invention porte aussi sur un procédé permettant de préparer une azétidine de formule (I) et sur l'utilisation de ladite azétidine comme intermédiaire.
