La présente invention concerne un dérivé d'azole représenté par la formule générale (I) ou l'un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Ce dérivé faisant preuve à la fois d'un effet antagoniste des leukotriènes et d'un effet antagoniste de la thromboxane A2, il présente un intérêt pour la prévention ou le traitement des affections allergiques, des cardiopathies ischémiques ou des céphalopathies ischémiques. L'invention concerne également une composition médicinale contenant comme principe actif ce dérivé ou ce sel. Dans la formule (I), R<1> et R<2>, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun un hydrogène, cycloalkyle, etc. ou bien, associés à (a), R<1> et R<2> peuvent former un noyau fusionné (b) ou (c) qui peut être l'objet d'une substitution par un amino, un alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué, etc.; R<3>, R<6>, R<7> et R<8>, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun un hydrogène, un amino, etc.; R<4> représente un cyano, tétrazolyle, -COOR<9>, etc.; R<5> représente un hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur; D représente un alkylène inférieur éventuellement substitué; X et Z, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun un oxygène ou soufre; Y représente -N= ou -CH=; A représente -O-B-, -B-O-, -S-B-, -B-S- ou -B- (B étant un akylène inférieur ou un alcényle inférieur); et n est un entier valant 0, 1 ou 2.
