The invention is a new drink. It is called B.I. It is a natural, non-alcoholic, non-carbonic drink. The fresh, raw materials that this drink is made from are: 1) corn flour, wheat flour, sugar, and water. When completed, it is a dense, white to yellow color liquid with a very original taste. The recipe for the B.I. drink is: A) To produce 120 liters of B.I. are needed 12 kg of flour (corn and wheat together but not mixed). So, 1 kg of flour produces 10 liters of B.I. B) The quantity of the 12 kg of flour is made off 9 kg of corn flour and 3 kg of wheat flour. So, the proportion of the two kinds of flours is 3 to 1. C) The boiling time is 2.5 hours, (two and a half hours). D) The sugar is mixed with the flour (corn and wheat together but not mixed) in the proportion 1 to 1. However, this proportion can change creating thus a variety of B.I.s such as: 1) B.I. Classica (proportion 1- flour to 1--sugar) 2) B.I. Moderata (proportion 1- flour to 0.85--sugar) 3) B.I. Dieta (using artificial sugar)
