ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE .beta.-OR2-Phenethylimino-pyrrolidines are disclosed of the structural formula: Image wherein: Ar is phenyl with from one to three substituents chosen from lower alkoxy of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, lower alkyl of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and methylenedioxy; R1 is hydroxy-ethyl or hydroxy propyl; and R2 is loweralkenyl, preferably allyl, cycloalkyl, preferably cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl or loweralkyl, preferably methyl or ethyl. The compound has been found useful in the treatment of cardiovascular disease states.
