This invention relates to a baby carriage comprising two push arms (1) each with a handle (2) installed free to pivot, said handle (2) comprising means of locking / unlocking in at least two angular positions with respect to said arm (1) and means (4) of actuating said locking / unlocking means, characterized in that said actuation means (4) are free to move along an axis approximately perpendicular to the axis of said push arm (1).
