A baby safety and warmth pouch which can be used in combination with an automobile infant seat, includes slits for receiving straps so that the infant may be secured to the seat. The pouch includes a seating shell, a removable infant head and shoulder stabilizer, with slits for receiving straps, a removable top cover and zipper fastenings for attaching the top cover to the shell. The shell is also provided with pillow-slip attachments for accrued safety when attaching to the automobile infant seat.
