ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention is a cover assembly for an inspection sleeve of a drain conduit wherein the assembly comprises an anchor member and a cover member. The anchor member is anchored within the sleeve and a bolt tightens the cover member against the anchor member to draw the cover member down onto a resilient seal.
