Also disclosed is a beverage or food comprising a cell of the bacterial strain. Further disclosed is an anti-allergic agent comprising a cell of the bacterial strain as an active ingredient. The strain can proliferate in a sparkling alcoholic beverage, can produce GABA and has an anti-allergic activity.
