Novel peptides produced by bacteriocin-producing bacteria stimulate the production of bacteriocins in vitro. The producer bacteria are cultured in the presence of a novel inducer bacteria and a peptide having a carboxy terminal sequence of VKGLT in order to achieve an increase in bacteriocin production.
De nouveaux peptides produits par des bactéries produisant de la bactériocine stimulent la production de bactériocines in vitro. Les bactéries productrices sont cultivées en présence d'une nouvelle bactérie inductrice et d'un peptide ayant une séquence carboxyterminale VKGLT de façon à obtenir une augmentation de la production de bactériocine.
