A portable training device that permits a coach to continuously and rapidly extract badminton shuttlecocks for the purpose of setting-up (feeding) athletes or students to hit specific shots. This device also acts as a storage unit for shuttlecocks (70- shuttlecock capacity). It is filly adjustable to meet the height of the user and can be set-up for use within seconds. It is useful for the athlete to use on his or her own (i.e., practicing serving), by groups of athletes to practice specific strokes or skills and by the coach to correct stroke technique (with the use of repetition), to build up endurance, speed and power in strokes and or work on court movement or strategy (as in mufti-shuttlecock drills). The badminton training and storage device consists of a horizontal base with wheels, with a vertical large square hollow post attached to the base perpendicularly. There is a vertical small square hollow post that telescopes from the large square hollow post, and has attached at the front of its top end a large hollow tube used to house 40 shuttlecocks prior to extraction. The large hollow tube can rotate 360 degrees about a horizontal axis and has a cap at one end and at the other end inserted into the tube is a formed finger-like extraction unit that permits the extraction of shuttlecocks with minimal force. There is a handle projecting upwards from the top of the small square hollow post that allows the user to tilt the unit backwards and roll the unit. Below the handle attached to the back of the large square hollow post is a removable small hollow tube that holds an additional 30 shuttlecocks that can be loaded into the large hollow tube.
