BAFFLE ARRANGEMENT FOR A GAS CLOTHES DRYER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to the improvement in temperature equalization in a domestic gas fired domestic clothes dryer so that the air entering the dryer drum has a more even temperature distribution improving the drying performance of the dryer, whilst not subjecting clothes to localized overheating. A pair of baffles in the diffuser cause the heated air to "spread out" over the entire entrance surface of the drum.
