ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a bag dispenser which has a base, support members projecting upwardly from the base, a frame disposed above said base and connected to the support members, said frame including grooves, a rim having two spaced leg portions slidably receivable by said grooves for retaining said bag between said groove and said legs, so as to suspend said bag from the frame above the base, and a lid associated with said frame.
