A machine for automatically filling and sealing large bulk thermoplastic bags which includes: a framework with a base and a backplane having an integral sliding carriage; a pneumatically controlled filling spout which holds the bag open for filling; a pneumatically controlled finger mechanism which aligns the bag for sealing; and a pneumatically controlled sealing mechanism which comprises a mounting arm, a guide rail, a first and second pneumatic cylinder and a heat sealing assembly. The heat sealing assembly uses electrically heated pads and pressure to seal the upwardly open end of a thermoplastic bag after it has been filled.
Machine permettant de remplir et de sceller automatiquement de grands sacs thermoplastiques en vrac. La machine comprend : un châssis muni d'une base et d'un panneau arrière ayant un chariot mobile intégré; un tube de remplissage à commande pneumatique qui maintient le sac ouvert pour le remplir; un mécanisme à commande pneumatique doté de doigts, qui aligne les sacs pour les sceller; et un mécanisme de scellement à commande pneumatique, constitué d'un bras de fixation, d'un rail-guide, d'un premier et d'un second cylindres pneumatiques et d'un dispositif de thermoscellage utilisant des plaques chauffées et de la pression pour sceller l'ouverture supérieure ouverte d'un sac thermoplastique rempli.
