ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A filter bag comprises an elongate flexible tubular member of filter fabric closed at both ends. A loop formed by one end of the bag defines a hook-receiving end portion, and a sleeve fixed at an intermediate location on the side wall of the bag is adapted to receive a shaker rod for shaking the intermediate portion of the bag.
