ABSTRACT: In A HANDLE FOR CARRYING PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS AND SIMILAR PLASTIC BAGS it is known to have an elongated body with hooks at each end. The said hooks extend inwardly along the top of the said handle for approximately one-quarter of the handle length from each side. The said hooks have a downwardly protruding knob at the end which constricts the opening. On the same plane as the top of the said hooks and from the centre of the top of the said handle the body slopes downwardly and outwardly to form guides which terminate at the bottom of the said hooks. The said handle is of a size to fit through a clenched hand and of a shape to feel comfortable within the grasp.
