There is provided a wheel having a disk which is formed by dividing a rolled plate lengthways and crossways into a plurality of portions and using such a portion as the disk, the disk having a thick part at an edge thereof, and the wheel having a rim provided with an air valve insertion hole, the disk and the rim being fixed together with the air valve insertion hole is at a location such that a radial direction defined from the center of the wheel to the air valve insertion hole is at a predetermined angle relative to a radial direction defined from the center of the wheel to the thick part of the disk. Balance of the wheel is adjusted so that unbalance may be produced in the desired direction by setting the air valve insertion hole, into which the air valve is attached, at a suitable location.
