A system for a user to simply and precisely grasp various information on the balance occuring at one or more steps. The balance management system is constructed of a server (100) and is provided with a DB (information managing means) (110), information acquiring means (120), information updating means (130) and information providing means (140). The DB (110) manages information on the balance of a balance item and information on the correspondence for each step that which balance of a balance item reflects the balance of which step item. The information acquiring means (120) acquires information on each step item and the balance corresponding to the step item, from the first terminal corresponding to each step. The information updating means (130) updates the information on the balance of the balance item corresponding to the step item, on the basis of the information on the correspondence managed by the DB (110) and the information on the step item and the balance acquired by the information acquiring means (120). The information providing means (140) provides a second terminal (20) with the information on the balance item and the balance of one or more steps managed by the DB (110).
L'invention porte sur un système permettant à un utilisateur de recueillir simplement et précisément différentes informations sur un bilan produites à une ou plusieurs étapes. Ledit système, qui repose sur un serveur (100), comporte un moyen de gestion de l'information (base de données) (110), un moyen d'acquisition d'informations (120), un moyen de mise à jour d'informations (130), et un moyen de fourniture d'informations (140). La base de données (110) gère des informations sur la balance d'un élément du bilan et des informations sur la correspondance entre chacune des étapes pour laquelle la balance d'un élément du bilan reflète la balance dudit élément. Le moyen d'acquisition d'informations (120) acquiert des informations sur chaque élément d'étape et sa balance provenant du premier terminal correspondant à chacune des étapes. Le moyen de mise à jour d'informations (130) met à jour les informations sur la balance de l'élément du bilan correspondant à un élément d'étape sur la base d'informations sur la correspondance gérée par la base de données (110) d'informations sur l'élément d'étape et sur la balance acquise par le moyen d'acquisition d'informations (120). Le moyen de fourniture d'informations (140) fournit à un deuxième terminal (20) des informations sur la balance d'une ou plusieurs étapes gérées par la base de données (110).
