A reciprocating floor conveyor includes a plurality of floor members (2) divided into sets and groups. Each group includes at least two adjacent independent floor members (2). Each set includes one floor member (2) from each group. There are a plurality of linear motors (6), one for each set of floor members (2). Each motor (6) includes a rear end attached to a fixed support and an opposite forward end attached to one of the floor members (2) in the corresponding set. Each said one of the floor members (2) includes a top portion (94) and opposite side portions (96) defining a downwardly opening channel (98). A reinforcing bar (150) is attached to and extends forwardly from the forward end of each motor (6). The bar (150) is received into the channel (98) of the corresponding floor member (2) and is attached to the top portion (94) to reinforce the floor member (2). There are a plurality of transverse drive beams (104), one for each set of floor members (2). Each drive beam (104) is positioned below each floor member (2) of its set of floor members (2), and is attached to, and positioned below, the reinforcing bar (150) for its set of floor members (2).
Cette invention concerne un convoyeur au sol à mouvement alternatif formé d'une série d'éléments porteurs (2) divisés en paires et en groupes. Chaque groupe comprend au moins deux éléments porteurs (2) adjacents indépendants. Chaque paire compte un élément porteur (2) appartenant à deux groupes adjacents. L'installation compte une série de moteurs linéaires (6), c'est-à-dire un par paire d'éléments porteurs (2). Chaque moteur comprend une extrémité arrière fixé à un point d'attache fixe et une extrémité avant fixé à un des éléments porteurs (2) de la paire correspondante. Chacun desdits éléments porteurs (2) raccordés à un moteur linéaire comprend une partie supérieure (94) et des parties latérales opposées (96) définissant ensemble un caniveau en U inversé (98). Une barre de renfort (150) est fixée à chacun des moteurs linéaires (6) dans le prolongement de leur extrémité avant. Cette barre (150) se loge dans le caniveau (98) de l'élément porteur (2) correspondant et est fixé à la partie supérieure (94) de celui-ci pour le renforcer. Il est prévu une série de poutrelles d'entraînement transversales (104), une par paire d'éléments porteurs (2). Chaque poutrelle d'entraînement (104) est disposée sous chacun des éléments porteurs (2) formant la paire à être entraînée par elle et est fixée par le bas à la barre de renfort (150) de la paire correspondante.
