The front member has a throat wall (22), a pair of opposed sidewalls (24, 26) diverging from the throat wall and an end wall (28) spaced from the throat wall and extending between the pair of sidewalls. The webbing (16), formed of a resiliently deformable material, has a peripheral rim (42) that is secured between the frame members.
