ABSTRACT Ball valve with a through hole (12) which passes through the ball (6) and is disposed transversely with respect to the passage (7), the hole (12) having at its ends a first and a second seat (13, 14) and accommodating a safety valve (11) comprising a bush (15) housed in the first seat (13) and defining with this seat an aperture (16) for the passage of the fluid, the bush (15) accommo- dating in a slidable way a valve stem (17) provided with a head (18) at its end facing the second seat (14), while a closing spring (19) is provided between the bush (15) and the head (18).
