In a ball valve wherein the rotation of a ball (1) provided in a valve chest (8) opens and closes a valve, an orifice (4) is provided in a passage (3) of the ball, and communicating passages (5) connecting the upstream side of the orifice (4) with the valve chest (8) and communicating passages (6) connecting the downstream side of the orifice with the valve chest (8) are provided. The passage (3) provided in the ball (1) has a large aperture at one end (30) and a small aperture at the other end (31), the respective communicating passages (5) (6) are formed so as to communicate the passage (3) with the valve chest (8) when the valve is opened, and the aperture of the passage (32) whereat a seat carrier (11) of the small aperture side of the ball faces the ball is made substantially the same as the aperture of the small aperture side end (31) of the passage of the ball (1).
La présente invention vise un clapet à bille où la rotation de la bille (1) logée dans une boîte à clapet (8) commande l'ouverture et la fermeture d'un clapet. Le mécanisme présente un orifice (4) ménagé dans un logement (3) de la bille et des tubulures (5) reliant le côté amont de l'orifice (4) et la boîte à clapet (8) ainsi que d'autres tubulures (6) reliant le côté aval de l'orifice et la boîte à clapet (8). Le logement (3) ménagé dans la bille (1) est percé d'une grande ouverture à une extrémité (30) et d'une petite ouverture à l'autre extrémité (31). Les tubulures d'alimentation respectives (5, 6) sont façonnées de manière à relier le logement (3) à la boîte à clapet (8) lorsque le clapet est en position ouverte, et l'ouverture de la tubulure (32) est approximativement de la même dimension, lorsque l'élément porteur du siège (11) du côté de la plus petite ouverture de la bille fait face à cette dernière, que l'ouverture du logement de la bille (31), de son plus petit côté.
