ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A balloon holder is disclosed which includes a finger hold ring having a central through-hole for finger insertion, a balloon attaching piece having an adhesive layer covered with a release sheet, and a string secured at one end thereof to the finger hold ring and releasably wound thereon, the other end of the string being secured to the balloon attaching piece.
