At dog shows, and other events where handlers are required to wear an identifying armband, the practice is to tear two small slits in opposite sides of the numbered card provided by the sponsors, bend the cord around the upper arm, and hold it in place by pulling on an elastic band and fitting it into the slits. In this invention, a plastic armband serves as a reusable framework for the card.
