ABSTRACT The band sawing machine equiped with : an endless band saw blade extremely narrow in width with vapor deposited diamond particles over a cutting edge thereof, thus enabling cutting operation not only of complex pattern consisting of a variety of curvetures with small radii in workpieces but also workpieces having hardness lower than that of diamonds: an abrasive belt made of a strip of sheet metal formed in a continuous loop for use with band sawing machines with diamond particles vapor deposited over one side surface thereof, thus enabling polishing operation not only over surfaces of workpieces consisting of complex shapes with delicate curvetures, concaves/convexes and the like but also over workpieces having harness lower than that of diamons: and a band saw blade guide means provided with a roller in which is defined a vertical groove which supports a sliding rear edge of the band saw blade in motion and with a pair of rollers which support two wide side surfaces of the band saw blade in motion from both sides thereof, thereby the deflection of the band saw blade in motion may be prevented.
