The invention relates to a method for banding stacked, soft and/or fragile products (52) to be packed, using a wrapping machine (10). According to said method, the unwound band (22) is guided around the product to be packed (52), pulled by a reverse movement onto the product to be packed (52), then stuck or welded, and cut. A pre-selection loop of the band (22) is pulled back by the reverse movement, by means of an electronic control system (60), to a pre- selected length of loop (L). Said method can be used to band soft and/or fragile products in a fully automatic manner, economically satisfying the highest requirements.
L'invention concerne un procédé de banderolage de matériau à emballer empilé, souple et/ou fragile (52), au moyen d'une machine de banderolage (10). Selon ledit procédé, la banderole déroulée (22) est amenée autour du matériau à emballer (52), tendue sur la matériau à emballer (52) par mouvement de retour, puis collée, soudée et coupée. Une boucle de présélection de la banderole (22) est tendue par mouvement de retour à l'aide d'une commande électronique (60), jusqu'à présenter une longueur de boucle (L) présélectionnée. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de banderoler de façon entièrement automatisée des produits souples et/ou fragiles, et de respecter économiquement les exigences les plus strictes.
