A bandwidth expanding device comprising a spectrum parameter calculating circuit (100) for calculating a spectrum parameter of a narrow-bandwidth input signal x(n), a coefficient calculating circuit (130) for receiving the spectrum parameter and converting it into the coefficient of a signal the bandwidth of which is expanded, a gain circuit (140) for receiving a gain from a gain control circuit (210), multiplying the output signal from a noise generating circuit (120) and the gain, and outputting the product to a combined filter circuit (170), the combined filter circuit (170) for receiving the coefficient from coefficient calculating circuit (130) to constitute a filter and passing the signal from the gain circuit (140) through the filter to output a high-frequency signal y(n) for bandwidth expansion, a sampling frequency converting circuit (180) for receiving the narrow-bandwidth input signal x(n) and outputting a signal s(n) the frequency of which is up-sampled to a predetermined sampling frequency, and an adder (190) for adding the high- pass signal y(n) to the signal s(n) and outputting an expanded bandwidth signal.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'expansion de largeur de bande comprenant un circuit de calcul de paramètre de spectre (100) qui permet de calculer un paramètre de spectre d'un signal d'entrée de largeur de bande étroite x(n), un circuit de calcul de coefficient (130) servant à recevoir le paramètre de spectre et à le convertir en coefficient d'un signal dont la largeur de bande est étendue, un circuit de gain (140) servant à recevoir un gain provenant d'un circuit de régulation de gain (210), à multiplier le signal de sortie à partir d'un circuit de génération de bruit (120) et le gain, et à remettre le produit à un circuit de filtrage combiné (170). Ce dispositif d'expansion de largeur de bande comporte aussi le circuit de filtrage combiné (170) qui permet de recevoir le coefficient provenant du circuit de calcul de coefficient (130) de manière à constituer un filtre et à passer le signal émanant du circuit de gain (140) à travers le filtre pour produire un signal de haute fréquence y(n) destiné à une expansion de largeur de bande, un circuit de conversion de fréquence d'échantillonnage (180) qui sert à recevoir le signal d'entrée de largeur de bande étroite x(n) et à produire un signal s(n) dont la fréquence est échantillonnée vers le haut à une fréquence d'échantillonnage prédéterminée, et une section de mélange (190) permettant d'ajouter le signal passe-haut y(n) aux signaux s(n) et d'engendrer un signal de largeur de bande étendue.
