The currently used lock boxes are intended to store one set of building keys for one service company, to be installed onto each building that the service company requires access to. Only the employees of the service company that installed the lock box can open it to gain access to the keys stored within it. Our Key Safe has a set number of lock boxes contained within a separately locked main enclosure. Service company individuals will be able to open the main door and only their assigned internal lock box. It is keyed such that the owner of the building can unlock the main door and all internal lock boxes of the Key Safe to add or remove keys for the service companies, when needed. The manager will not be able to unlock any other Key Safes main door to access its internal lock boxes.
