A bar-shaped lamp having a battery housing in the form of a shaft with a lamp head removably attached at one end and provided with one or more light-emitting diodes. At the other end a reversible foot member can be inserted into the shaft and has a ground spike and an impact tool for breaking automobile glass on opposite sides. then the short tool projects from the shaft, it can be covered by a cap.
