A bracket for a barbeque grill. The barbeque grill has side walls and a rotisserie spit assembly having spit axles. The bracket comprises a first structure having two legs joined at one of their ends by a top span, such that the two legs can straddle one of the side walls of the barbeque grill. Each of the legs has aligned holes. The top span has a V-shaped section that contacts the barbeque grill. A spit axle support wall is provided having a detent that can receive one of the spit axles.
