The device for attaching sticky labels to a round body contains two lever arms which together have an inner opening, and at least two rollers (4, 5, 6). The lever arms are generally part of a clip (1) which advantageously supports three rollers (4, 5, 6). The device is advantageously used for attaching barcode strips to the neck ring of gas cylinders.
