The invention provides coated substrates comprising a substrate; and a coating on at least one surface of the substrate comprising vermiculite, polymer capable of forming a film, dispersion agent for the vermiculite in the polymer, said dispersion agent bearing a negative charge, and cross-linking agent. The invention also provides articles coated with such coatings and methods for making the coated substrates and articles.

L'invention concerne des substrats revêtus comprenant un substrat et un revêtement déposé sur au moins une surface du substrat. Le revêtement contient de la vermiculite, un polymère filmogène, un agent de dispersion permettant de disperser la vermiculite dans le polymère, ledit agent de dispersion portant une charge négative, et un agent de réticulation. L'invention a également trait à des objets revêtus de tels revêtements, et à des procédés de fabrication desdits substrats et articles revêtus.
